Gourcuff In No Rush To Rejoin Milan

Yoann Gourcuff has brushed aside questions over his future at AC Milan, insisting he is concentrating solely on performing for Girondins Bordeaux...Gourcuff arrived at Milan in 2006 after impressing as a teenager with Stade Rennais, but the presence of Clarence Seedorf and Kaka in particular meant his opportunities at San Siro were limited.
The 22-year-old playmaker was loaned out to Bordeaux during the summer, a move that has seen him transform from a floundering talent to one of the hottest prospects in Europe.
Speculation has arisen as to whether Gourcuff will return to Italy when his deal in Aquitaine expires at the end of the season. It is understood that it would take at least £12million (€15million) to secure the young Frenchman's services on a permanent basis.
But when questioned about his future, the player told the press: "I try not to think about it.
"For the moment we've had only nine weeks of the championship, there are still so many things to do.
"It's better to think day to day than lose sleep over the future."
