Chelsea The Win FA Cup

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink admitted it was an unbelievable feeling to win the FA Cup at Wembley. The Blues overcame Everton 2-1 to finish the season with a trophy and ensure Hiddink leaves Stamford Bridge on a real high. Speaking to ITV Sport after the game the Dutchman confessed he would miss being Chelsea manager and explained that he had loved his time in west London. “Again today, the team has shown once more that they react always and that’s why I like to work with this team,” he said. “Of course [I will miss them] we talked a lot about this it was not just an inbetween job. “I loved it so much, I enjoyed so much working with big stars, but these big stars they knew exactly what it's all about and I think they showed in the Premier League, in the Champions League and now today they showed a lot character.” Hiddink also insisted that winning the FA Cup was one of the biggest achievements in his career and even comparable with winning the Champions League. “This is one of the biggest [achievements], the Champions League final was a long time ago,” he explained. “But winning in the Mecca [Wembley] of world football, the FA Cup that’s something you cannot believe.”
