"I would not say this as nonsense, but it is not possible," said Valcke who told Reuters, Tuesday (1 / 12).
"There is no hope to provide an opportunity if there are other teams from 32 teams who had escaped in the World Cup to be held in South Africa," he added.
Earlier, FIFA president Sepp Blatter told the public if the Irish have one place in the World Cup finals because they feel cheated in the play-off.
