Beckham's Milan Stay Three Months At Most

According to LA Galaxy coach Bruce Arena, David Beckham's loan deal with Milan will last three months maximum.LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham has officially agreed to join AC Milan on a loan deal that will start on January 7th of next year. What wasn’t understood however, was the length of the deal.
Adriano Galliani, Milan’s vice president had stated it would last until the end of the Serie A season in May, while reports out of the Galaxy camp contested he would not miss any MLS matches.
It has been confirmed that Beckham will indeed return to Los Angeles sometime in early March, effectively limiting the loan to a three month period at the longest.
“He's going to be back in March,” said LA Galaxy coach Bruce Arena in a conference call with the media. “We believe it's right around March 1st. He's going to be available for our opening game. I haven't seen the exact details of the loan agreement yet. We anticipate that this loan will be for around two months. The most important aspect of this loan, in our view, is that he's going to be back for our games in March.”
Arena also stated he is pleased with the way negotiations went and the connection created between the Galaxy and Milan.
“We've been in contact with A.C. Milan and will continue to be in contact with them,” said Arena of how the deal came together. “We have a technical relationship with them now. When the exact dates are finalized, we'll make that public. We have an agreement in principle that everyone is happy with.”
In his second season in LA, Beckham has made 25 appearances scoring five goals and contributing 10 assists. Previously, the 33-year-old was a member of Real Madrid, spending four years in the Spanish capital. He rose to notoriety playing for Manchester United, where he played from 1993 until 2003.
